The Executive Oasis experience is designed to engage with its participants in such a way that they leave feeling  invigorated, rejuvenated and inspired.

Our exercise routines are divided up into modules and include a basic background, history and list of benefits for participants. This introductory session is followed by a fundamental series of exercise movements for each practice.

Clients are able to select from a wide range of practices that include Yoga, Pilates, Tai-Chi, Qi Gong, Cardio Training and Meditation.

Pilates is an innovative system of mind-body exercise evolved from the principles of Joseph Pilates.

Pilates dramatically transforms the way your body looks, feels and performs. It builds strength without excess bulk, creating a sleek, toned body with slender thighs and a flat abdomen. It teaches body awareness, good posture and easy, graceful movement. Pilates improves flexibility, agility and economy of motion. It can even help alleviate back pain.

Professional dancers have known the benefits of Pilates for decades. Top athletes use it for strength, flexibility, and injury prevention. Hollywood celebrities and supermodels use it to maintain beautiful physiques.

Yoga is a 5,000 year old science whose teachings were first imparted on the battle field. Yoga is not about mind over body. On the other hand, Yoga is about developing harmony between them.

Yoga is a way of life, a conscious act, not a set or series of learning principles. The dexterity, grace, and poise you cultivate is the natural outcome of regular practice. You require no major effort. In fact trying hard will turn your practices into a humdrum, painful, even injurious routine and will eventually slow down your progress.

Subsequently, the therapeutic effect of Yoga is the direct result of involving the mind totally in inspiring (breathing) the body to awaken.

Tai-Chi is a series of slow movements often called moving meditation. Practitioners are taught how to circulate energy through the body with the combination of controlled breathing and movement. This stimulates the body's muscles, organs and skeletal system, leading to a healthier, more robust body and mind.

Tai Chi  was developed in China during the Tang Dynasty, about a thousand years ago. It derived from the three philosophies of Chinese culture; Taoism , Confucianism and Buddhism. Each of these three philosophies have their own way or path to achieve enlightenment.

Prolonged practice of Tai Chi leads to stronger, denser bones, prevention of diseases like osteoporosis and arthritis as well as a calm and tranquil mind.
